Franklin Stanfill, a resident of Dothan died February 6, 2012.

 

Memorial services will be held at 9 A. M. Thursday, February 9, 2012 from the chapel of Ward Wilson Funeral Home with Reverend Doug Seale officiating.

 

Graveside memorial services will be held at 2:30 P. M. Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Fort Mitchell National Cemetery with full military honors.

 

Mr. Stanfill was a veteran of  VietNam and was awarded a Purple Heart.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents; Geraldine and Almer T. Tidwell and a brother, Aubrey Stanfill.

 

Survivors include his brother and a sister; Gelette Tidwell, Dubuque, IA., Joel Tidwell, Tallahassee, FL, Diane Walters, Taylor, AL  and Lamar Tidwell, Dothan, AL
