Fred L. Clements of Geneva, AL passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021. He was 91 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 10, 2021 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Minister Douglas Williams officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Fred was born in Birmingham, AL on July 27, 1930 to the late Elmer L. and Bertha Rice Clements. Fred was very gifted with his hands and could fix just about anything. He enjoyed working with wood and stained glass. Fred will be remembered for his kindness and humility.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by three sisters, and the mother of his children, Ruth Clements.

Fred is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Betty Yancey Clements of Geneva, AL; two children, Fred Lee Clements (Nanal) of Montgomery, AL, and Tina Gecowets (Mark) of Tennessee; three step-children, Deborah Morgan (Donald) of Marietta, GA, Judy Lamb (Dennis Huggins) of Geneva, AL , and Janice Coleman (Daniel) of Geneva, AL; six grandchildren, Atticus, Alaina, Joshua, Melanie, Keri, and Daniel; nine step-grandchildren, Christy, Jacob, Brianne, Tabitha, Janna, Kali, Emily, Aaron, and Brittany; 10 great-grandchildren, and three great great-grandchildren; one brother, Robert Clements of Birmingham, AL.
