ENTERPRISE. . .Gannon Quinton Watson, a resident of Enterprise, died Sunday, September 10, 2023, at his home. He was 26.

            A Celebration of Life with family and friends will be held Saturday, September 16, 2023, at 102 Washington Avenue, Enterprise.

            Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Sunday, September 17, 2023, in the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, Slocomb, with Reverend Teddy Ward officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M. Sunday in the church sanctuary. Holman-Headland Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.

            Gannon Watson was born in Dothan and was raised in Miami, Florida until the age of fourteen when he moved to Slocomb, Alabama. He lived in Slocomb and Enterprise for the past several years.   

            Surviving relatives include his mother, Shellie Gamble Strickland, his father, Johnny Ray Whatley, three sisters, Genesis Davis, Brittney Trim and Hadleigh Strickland.
