GARY  RAY  JOHNSON

TAYLOR, ALABAMA. . .Gary Ray Johnson, a resident of Taylor, Alabama, died Sunday, October 21, 2018, at his home. He was 74.

            No funeral or memorial services are planned at this time.

            Gary Johnson was born and reared in Haleburg, son of the late Milton Gary Johnson and Sallie Mae Weems Johnson. He served his country in the U. S. Air Force during the Vietnam War era. Gary formerly owned and operated B & G Heating & Cooling in Dothan. He was preceded in death by a brother, Bobby Johnson.

            Surviving relatives include his wife, Carolyn Cunningham Johnson; three daughters, Angie McKinney (Wesley), Abbeville; Jennifer Houston (Mark), Pensacola, FL; and Joy Redd (T.R.), Dothan; a son, Paul Johnson, Taylor, AL; a sister, Shirley Richardson (Jerome), Ozark; and a brother, Rex Johnson (Maxine), Haleburg; five grandchildren, Brandi Richards, Jessie Rae Johnson, Reece Houston, Cayden Redd and Rayleigh Redd; a great-grandchild, Cameron Richards.
