Gerald Stone

Gerald Stone, age 69 of Dallas, Texas (formerly Houston County, AL), passed away early Thursday morning, December 24, 2020 at Presbyterian Medical Center in Dallas following an extended illness.

Funeral services for Mr. Stone will be held at 1pm Saturday, January 2, 2020 in the Family First Chapel with Reverend Dennis Snell officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Carmel Baptist Church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday beginning at 10am until service time.

Mr. Stone had lived most all his life in Dothan, prior to moving to Dallas one year ago. He retired after a long career as a truck driver.

Survivors include three sons, Tyrone Stone, Gerald Stone, Jr., and Tremaine Stone; three daughters, Magean Emory, Lakeesha Stone and Tracy Andrews; and a brother, Johnny Wade Brown. He is also survived by five grandchildren, Keyanna, Mauryon, Devon, Micah, and Titus.
