OZARK…. Mrs. Gertrude J. Talbert, a resident of Ozark, died late Tuesday morning, June 25, 2019 in Dale Medical Center.  She was 91.

            Graveside services will be held at 10:30 A.M. Saturday, June 29, 2019 in Woodlawn Memory Gardens with Deacon Pat Pattberg, of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Ozark officiating. Fuqua Bankston Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

            Memorial contributions may be made to the Ozark-Dale County Humane Society, 579 Bivins Drive, Ozark, Alabama 36360.

            Mrs. Talbert was a native of Austria and had lived in Ozark for many years. She was retired from the Army Air Force Exchange Service at Ft. Rucker as a sales clerk. Mrs. Talbert was preceded in death by her mother, Theresia Holler.

            Survivors include her friends and caretakers, Dale and Peggy Garrett of Ozark.
