GLENDA FAYE SPIVEY

OZARK.… Glenda Faye Spivey, a resident of Ozark, Alabama, passed away Tuesday morning, March 10, 2020, at the home of her son (Allan), in Headland. She was 73.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Thursday, March 12, 2020 at Wright Funeral Home & Crematory Chapel with Reverend Joey Hudspeth officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 until 3:00 P.M., before the service. Wright Funeral Home & Crematory are in charge of the arrangements.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution may be made to favorite charity or C.H.A.R.M. of Headland (P.O. Box 216 Headland, Alabama 36345)

Mrs. Spivey was born in Ariton, Alabama to the late Lloyd Melvin Danner and Vonnie Pearl Glenn Danner where she lived most of her lifetime. She was a member of Center Ridge Baptist Church of Ariton, Alabama. Glenda was an avid gardener where she loved tending to her flowers. 

Survivors include her daughter Angela Baker Godwin of Headland; her sons James Kevin Baker (Kimberley) of Ozark and Wesley Allan Baker (Amy) of Headland; sisters Edna Senn, Enid Knight, and Barbara Danner; her brother David Danner; her grandchildren, Branden Baker, Eric Baker, Cade Huff, Nathan Jackson, Stephanie Jackson, Tray Jackson, Amber Baker, Megan Langford (Jamie), and Dustin Steed; and her great-grandchildren, Nicholas Langford, Spencer Langford, and Hudson Steed.
