     Griffin Brookins Ferguson was born July 21, 1992, in Dothan, Alabama.  She was raised and educated in Dothan until 2009.  She and her mom moved to Atlantic, Iowa, where she graduated from Atlantic High School with the “Class of 2010”.

     Griffin worked in the food service industry most recently at Pasquale’s Pizza in Humboldt.

     Griffin passed away Monday, October 25, 2021, near Atlantic from injuries sustained in an automobile accident.  She was preceded in death by her father, Kevin Ferguson; paternal grandparents, Lowell and Gwin Ferguson and maternal grandfather, Galen “Peal” Terwilliger.

     Survivors include her parents, Andy and Lisa Fridolfson of Humboldt; sisters, Jamie (Justin) DuBose of San Diego, CA and Brittani (Mathew) Cheeseman of Urbandale; nieces and nephews, Cara Mia, Ava and Marshall DuBose and Lillian and Keaton Cheeseman; grandparents, Jim and Carol Steverson of Humboldt, Ron and Bridgette Fridolfson of Rutland, her dog, Jaxon and her cat, Pauly.

     Memorial services will be 2:00 pm. on Sunday, October 31, 2021, at Mason-Lindhart Funeral Home in Humboldt with Pastor Aaron Flatau officiating.  Visitation will be Saturday from 3:00-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home.  Burial will be in Indian Mound Cemetery in Humboldt.  www.masonlindhart.com
