ABBEVILLE…Herbert Eugen Hesselmaier, a resident of Abbeville, died early Wednesday morning, January 13, 2021. He was 87.

            Mr. Hesselmaier was born and reared in Germany, son of the late Eugen Hesselmaier and Apollonia Fischer Hesselmaier. He moved to United States twenty-three years ago and has been a resident of Abbeville since. He was the Owner and Operator of a Computer Maintenance Company and was of the Catholic faith.

            Surviving relatives include his wife, Maria “Mia” Hesselmaier-Ambos; two daughters, Simone Miller and Isabelle Crall; his grandchildren and great-grandchild.
