Elizabeth Carpenter of Opp, Alabama passed away Friday, September 23, 2022.  She was 86.           

Memorialization will be by cremation.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to DaySpring Hospice, 1805 East Three Notch Street, Suite 4, Andalusia, Alabama 36420. 

Mrs. Carpenter was born January 5, 1936.  She is preceded in death by her husband, William Carpenter. 

Survivors include her daughter, Beth Shaw of Opp, Alabama; son, William Carpenter (Marty) of New Mexico; grandchildren, Jeffrey Shaw, Terri Shaw, and Robert Carpenter; great-grandchildren, Mckayla Phillips (Kody), Leah Chadwick, Christy Shaw, and Steven Shaw; and great-great-grandson, Asher Phillips.
