Ivan Ephriam Cyr, age 78, of Daleville, AL, passed away, Tuesday, September 16, 2014 at his home.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Friday, September 19, 2014 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel.  Burial will follow with full military honors in Shiloh Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 to 7:00 P.M., Thursday, September 18^th.  Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to AlaCare Hospice, 3379 W. Main Street, Dothan, AL 36305 or to The Humane Society, 25944 Hwy. 84, Enterprise, AL 36330.

Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Carmen Cyr, Daleville, AL; two daughters, Caroline Ann Walker (Billy) Arlington, VA; Sandra Lee Foley (Mike) Fredericksburg, VA; three sons, Ivan Cyr II (Tina) Barboursville, WV; Michael A. Cyr (Patty) Ozark, AL; Donald Cyr, Daleville, AL; five grandchildren, Brendon Enright; Ivan Cyr III; Kaela Walker; Krista Cyr; Nick Cyr.
