Jack L. Jacobs

 

Jack L. Jacobs, a resident of Dothan, AL went to be with the Lord early Saturday morning, March 28, 2020 at his residence.                      

 

Burial will take place at a later time in Fairview Cemetery, Tipton. 

 

Jack was born August 12, 1937 in Tipton, Indiana.  In his early life, he lived in Michigan and Ohio before retiring to Dothan, Alabama.  He spent most of his time with his son, Jay.  Jack enjoyed fishing and sports. 

 

He worked in the shoe industry for 50 plus years as a store manager to product development and design.  He traveled around the world during his career.  He met his wife of 23 years, Moni (Yuk Yee Jacobs), in Hong Kong.

 

Jack is preceded in death by his parents, Belford and Leona Jacobs, brother Dave Jacobs, and son Jay Jacobs.

 

In addition, Jack is survived by his son Jeff (Cindy) Jacobs, daughter Jennifer Jacobs, brother Randy Jacobs, and daughter-in-law Nena Jacobs, and five grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
