Jack Walker of New Brockton, AL passed away Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Medical Center Enterprise.  He was 79.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, March 23, 2012, at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Mark Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Calvary Baptist Church Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM until service time at the funeral home on Friday.

^{Survivors include his wife of 57 years, Everlene Walker, New Brockton; daughter, Betty Cardwell (Randy) New Brockton; son, Bill Walker (JoAnn) Daleville; four grandchildren, Jeremy Cardwell; Skyler Lee; Ashley Glover; Jessica Glover; three great-grandchildren, Nikoli Whisonant; Kasady Cardwell; Kelsi Cardwell.}
