            Jackie Jackolyn Johnson of New Brockton, AL passed away Thursday, September 20, 2012 in Southeast Alabama Medical Center.  She was 50.

            Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, October 6, 2012 at Sorrells Funeral Home of Enterprise with interment in the Haw Hill Assembly of God Church cemetery.

            Jackie was born April 3, 1962 in Coffee County, AL to the late Ralph Johnson and Hazeleen Cole Johnson.  In addition to her father, a brother, Joe Johnson preceded her in death.

            Survivors include her mother, Hazeleen C. Johnson, New Brockton; a sister, Kathy Wheeler, Taylor, AL; nephew, Jeremy Johnson, Dothan, AL; aunt, Diane Lozano, Slocomb, AL.
