 James Eugene Mathis of Coffee Springs, Alabama died Wednesday, July 22, 2020, at the age of 57.

 

As per family’s wishes no services will he held.

 

James was born September 20, 1962 in Detroit, MI to the late Harley Lee and Francis Brewer Mathis.  He was a loving husband, father and grandfather.  His hobbies included fishing, hunting and driving his truck. 

 

Preceded in death by his parents; one brother and one sister.

 

Survived by his loving wife of 38 years; Tonora Mathis, Coffee Springs, Alabama; daughter; Nicole Mathis, Geneva, Alabama; son; Jim Mathis, Coffee Springs, Alabama; six grandchildren and one sister; Glenda Taylor, Ft. Walton, Florida.
