James (Jim) Williams of Dothan passed away; May 24, 2014. He was 80 years old.

 

Funeral Service will be held at 12 noon Tuesday May 27,  2014 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home Directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from10-12 pm prior to the service.

 

Jim was born February 5, 1934 in Dexter, Missouri to James and Ethel Williams.

He retired from Fort Rucker after 35 year as a quality control supervisor. He was also a private and commercial instructor pilot, and a member of the Dothan Masonic Lodge, Eastern Star, Scottish Rites, AARP

 

Jim was preceded in death by, his parents, brother, Sheryl and several half brothers and sisters.

 

He is survived by His wife Blondell Williams of Dothan; Daughters, Charlotte Prince (Chuck) of Baltimore, MD, Teresa Vines (John) of Montgomery, AL, son, Jimmy Williams (Asya) of Tuscaloosa, Al, Brothers, Harold Williams (Elsie) of Dexter, Mo, Charles Williams (Phyllis) of Dexter, Mo and Grandchildren Adam Prince, Erin Prince, Matthew Vines, Kathryn Williams and Cole Williams.
