Janara Ann Gilmore of Chancellor, Alabama passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022.  She was 72.   

Funeral services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 6, 2022 at Sorrells Funeral Home in Enterprise with Reverend Johnny Belcher officiating.  Burial will follow at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Sorrells Funeral Home & Crematory of Enterprise directing.  The family will receive friends for viewing at the funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m. and continue until time of service. 

Ann graduated from George C Wallace Community College in Dothan, AL, in December 1999 and obtained her LPN license.  Her passions were fishing, shopping, plants/flowers and watching her hummingbirds and cardinals on the patio.  She and her husband enjoyed many hours of fishing and always shared their catches with others who appreciated fresh fish.  She loved being at the beach and her favorites were Grayton Beach and St Pete Beach, FL.  She was a very caring and giving person.  Ann and Don would’ve celebrated their 55^th wedding anniversary Sept 1, 2022. 

Ann was born in Alabama on June 10, 1949 to the late Ozzie and Julia Hutto.   

Survivors include her husband, Don Gilmore of Chancellor, AL; son, Randy Gilmore (Veronica) of High Springs, FL; daughter, DeAnna Gilmore of Ashburn, VA; brother, Butch Hutto (Linda) of Geneva, AL; sister, Sue Schustereit (Bill) of Lake Fork, TX; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
