Jane Langley Williams, age 80, a resident of Eufaula, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2023, at Flowers Hospital following a brief illness.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, January 19, 2023, at Glover Funeral Home Chapel in Eufaula with Doctor Richard Harvey officiating. Burial will follow at Gardens of Memory Cemetery with Glover Funeral Home of Eufaula directing.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cross Baptist Church, 33 Early Street, Eufaula, AL  36027, The Arthritis Foundation, 1355 Peachtree Street NE Suite 600, Atlanta, GA  30309, or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis Tn  38105.

Jane was born June 2, 1942, in Monroe, North Carolina to the late Boyson Flynn Langley and Ruby Winchester Langley. She is a graduate of Walter Bickett School in Monroe, North Carolina. She moved to Tennessee for a few years and later moved to Dothan. Jane worked as the secretary for Bishops Carpet Cleaning and Promaster Carpet Cleaning until her retirement. Upon her retirement, she moved to Eufaula. Jane volunteered with the Arthritis Foundation and was a member of Cross Baptist Church in Eufaula.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and husband, Rodney Williams.

Survivors include her son, Rodney Dean Williams of Lynn Haven, FL; daughter, Angie Williams of Dothan, AL; grandchildren, McKenna Brooke Williams of Birmingham, AL, Dawson Reid Williams of Dothan, AL, Blakely Hunter Pynes of Colorado Spring, CO, Caroline Nicole Pynes of Troy, AL; sister, June Wininger; special friends, Rhonda and Jackson Whaley of Headland, AL; several nieces also survive.
