Jarvis Prentice Faulk of Westville, FL passed away on Friday, January 11, 2019 at Wiregrass Medical Center. He was 77 years old. In keeping with Mr. Faulk’s wishes, there are no services scheduled at this time.

Mr. Faulk was born on December 11, 1941 to the late Johnnie Prentice and Rebecca Louise Reagan Faulk. Mr. Faulk retired after 34 years of dedicated service in law enforcement. In his spare time he enjoyed going deep sea fishing with his family.

He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Pat D. Carter Faulk of Westville, FL; one son, Johnnie Prentice Faulk (Tia) of Westville, FL; two grandsons, Dale Jared Faulk, and Trevor Jordan Faulk both of Westville, FL; one brother, Roy Faulk (Barbara) of Chuluota, FL; and one brother-in-law, Billy Carter (Peggy) of Sorrento, FL.
