Jeanette Moody of Samson, AL passed away Thursday, October 29, 2020. She was 57 years old.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Jack Chancey officiating. Burial will follow in the Piney Grove Assembly of God Church Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 3, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

 

Jeanette was born on August 9, 1963 in Samson, AL to the late Grady and Tobitha Lawson Moody.

 

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her grandmother, Roxie Lawson, and niece, Kenzly Moody.

 

She is survived by four children, Tobitha Caal (Benjamin) of Samson, AL, Simon Diaz (Erika) of Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, Roxie Diaz of Samson, AL, and Joseph Moody (Jennifer) of Samson, AL; grandchildren, Javin and Hayden Juarez, Miguel and Maximiliano Caal all of Samson, AL, Iliana and Ximena Diaz all of, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, WA, Racquel Austin, Linda Garcia, Xander Diaz, Xayne Garcia, Jaime Botzoc, Ryan and Hailie Miller all of Samson, AL; six siblings, Dykes Moody (Betty Sue) of Samson, AL, Mike “Buddy” Moody (Evelyn) of Samson, AL, Mickey Moody (Regina) of Samson, AL, Jimmy Moody of Skipperville, AL, Marilyn Moody Gullion and June Moody both of Samon, AL; and many nieces and nephews.
