Jeffrey Carl Rogers, Sr., 56, of Dothan, AL left this Earth on January 29, 2022. He was born December 7, 1965 to John and Annie Rogers who precede him in death along with his brother, Terry Rogers.
Jeffrey loved to fish with his brothers and his son JJ. Wherever he thought a fish might be he would throw in a line. Well loved by many in his neighborhood, known as “Uncle Jeffrey” to the neighborhood kids, Jeffrey valued any moment he was able to spend with friends and family.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Rogers; son Jeffrey “JJ” Rogers, Jr.; step-daughter Amanda (Thomas) Hall; step-son Keith (Amber) Clark; five grandchildren; sisters Lynn Rogers, Constance Lee (Louis McCray), Callie (Telly) Shaw, Erica (EJ) Jones; step-sister Audrey Williams; brothers Calvin (Lewonna) Rogers, Andre (Sharon) Rogers, Eddie (Heather) Green, Jr., and Benjamin (Angela) Rogers; aunt Stella Rogers; several nieces and nephews and friends; mother-in-law Earlene Lasiter; sister and brother in-law Christy and Jerry Stewart; brother and sister in law Mike and Lisa Lasiter.
