Jeremy Eason Griffin of Geneva, AL passed away on Friday, December 1, 2023. He was 22 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, December 4, 2023, in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Red Coleman, Rev. Steve Skidmore, and Walt Merrell officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday beginning at 1:00 p.m.

The family will accept flowers or memorial contributions may be made in Eason’s memory to the Crossover Ministries, 508 Hwy 52 East, Opp, AL 36467.

Eason was born in Enterprise, AL on October 10, 2001, to Kimberley Green Griffin and Jeremy Justin Griffin. Eason was an avid outdoor enthusiast and Auburn Tiger fan. He loved his family and friends dearly, but his greatest joy was spending time with his PaPa and Nana.     

Eason is survived by his loving mother, Kim Griffin; one sister, Emma Griffin; one brother, Evan Griffin; maternal grandparents, Thomas and Kathy Green; uncles, Jason Green and Chris Courington (Shelley); cousins, Austin Green, Amelia Courington, and John Reese Courington; father, Justin Griffin and his family, and a host of special friends.

Serving as pallbearers will be Evan Griffin, Jackson Cooley, Clayton Dunn, Carter Linton, Karson Grant, Dalton Landingham, and Ross Bixby.

Honorary pallbearers will be Foster Webb, Bailey Beagles, Lee Strickland, Dylan Creech, Ivey Lawson, Kahari McReynolds, Dante Buchanan, Clayton Hall, Zae Roy, Mason Coskrey, and Wesley Garner.
