Jessie Randol Linzey

Jessie Randol Linzey, a resident of Skipperville, AL, passed away on Saturday, May 29, 2021, in a local hospital. He was 75 years old.

A celebration of his life will be held at 3pm on Saturday, June 5, 2021 at First Assembly of God Church in Piney Grove, AL.

Mr. Linzey was born on October 14, 1945, to the late Justice and Mae Hardy Linzey. He was a hard worker and was employed as a truck driver for most of his life, having traveled over most of the United States. He enjoyed repairing things and watching wrestling.

Mr. Linzey was preceded in death by his first wife, Rebecca Linzey, his second wife, Betty Linzey, by his daughter, Sheryl L. Deal, and by his brothers, Olen Linzey and Robert Linzey.

Survivors include his son, Randy Linzey; his daughter, Shellie (James) Kirchner; his 7 grandchildren, Jamie Kirchner, Jeffrey Linzey, Will Hooks, Corey Hooks, Tray Smith, LeAnn Harrison, and Travis Hall; his 2 great-grandchildren, Ellic and Tinleigh; his brother, David Linzey; his sisters, Mavis Sauls, Brenda Asbury, Kay Kelley, and Linda Parlour; and several nieces and nephews.
