John A. Perry, age 68, of New Brockton, AL, passed away peacefully, Saturday, April 20, 2019 at his home with family by his side.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, April 25, 2019 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Randall Pearson officiating. The family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 P.M., Thursday.
Survivors include his wife, Mildred "Mickie" Perry, New Brockton, AL; 11 children; 23 grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express their appreciation for the loving care and support from friends, neighbors, and Kindred Home Health and Hospice caregivers.
In lieu of flowers, and in honor of John’s love for our natural waterways, the family suggests donations be made in his name to Alabama Rivers Alliance at https://alabamarivers.org.
