Johnnie Deloris Suggs Taylor passed away on Tuesday, March 18, 2014 at Southeast Alabama Medical Center. She was 86.

 

Born April 25, 1927 to the late Walter and Vesta Suggs, she is also preceded in death by her husband Dennis Lee Taylor; brother, Walter Suggs Jr.

 

Mrs. Taylor is survived by her sons, Bobby Taylor (Becky) of Webb, Jimmy Taylor of Webb; her sisters, Betty (Robert) Taylor of Webb, Nell Wiehe of Webb, and Vera Crawford of Webb; her brother, Earl (Marie) Suggs of Webb; her grandchildren, Chad (Amanda) Taylor, Kaylee Taylor and Steven Taylor, and several nieces and nephews.

 

Mrs. Taylor was a loving mother and grandmother, her interests included gardening, and cooking, and she was an avid Atlanta Braves fan.

 

The family will receive friends at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel from 5 PM until 7:00 PM Thursday, March 20, 2014. Graveside services will be held on Friday, March 21, 2014 at Enon Church of Christ Cemetery at 2:00 P.M. with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing

 

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Webb Baptist Church Building Fund.
