FT. GAINES, GEORGIA. . .Joyce Creamer Dupree, a resident of Ft. Gaines, Georgia, died Tuesday afternoon, August 24, 2021, at her home. She was 69.

   Graveside services will be held at 10:00 A.M. (E.D.T.) Friday, August 27, 2021, in the New Park Cemetery with Brother George Hartley and Reverend Randy Stokes officiating. Holman-Abbeville Mortuary & Cremations is in charge of arrangements. Social distancing and mask guidelines will be observed.

   In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Kindred Hospice, 432 East Shotwell Street, Bainbridge, GA 39819.

   Mrs. Dupree was born and reared in Dawson, Georgia and lived in Ft. Gaines all her adult lifetime where she was a member of the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church. Mrs. Dupree was formerly employed by Hall Drug Company as a Pharmacy Technician. She was preceded in death by her father, Joe Creamer and her mother, Mary Nell Martin Nichols.

   Surviving relatives include her husband, Bobby Lee Dupree; a daughter, Paige Dupree Brown (Allen David Brown), Eufaula; a son, Todd L. Dupree (Sylvia Kay), Green Cove Springs, FL; two sisters, Ann Gay, Ft. Gaines; and Sandy Roland (Terry), Abbeville; a brother, Jimmy Creamer (Nita Bryant), Dothan; seven grandchildren, Juliann Dupree, Lauren Dupree, Morgan Dupree, Maddie Brown, Gavin Brown, Steven Terrell and Troy Terrell; four great-grandchildren, Emma, Raelynne, Hudson and Hanson.
