Loving wife and mother, Juanita Walkup, 86, of 470 Littlefield Rd, Dothan, Al passed away Saturday, October 12, 2013, at the Southeast Alabama Medical Center.

 

Juanita was born and raised in Morgantown, KY. She later moved to Nashville, TN where she bore and raised her children, which were her pride and joy. Juanita married her soul mate, Bruce Walkup in 1971 and relocated to Dothan.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 to 3 P.M. Sunday, October 13, 2013.

 

Funeral services will be held at 3 P.M. Sunday, October 13, 2013, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel with Reverend Billy Gant officiating.Burial will follow at Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

Surviving relatives include her husband, Bruce, 5 children, 3 girls, two boys, one daughter deceased, fifteen grandchildren, and eighteen great-grandchildren.
