Judy Evelyn Strickland Parr, a resident of Eufaula, Alabama transitioned into the arms of Jesus on Sunday, February 4, 2024, at her residence. She was 65 years old.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at 12:00 p.m. in the chapel of Glover Funeral Home in Eufaula, Alabama. Burial will follow in Fairview Addition Cemetery. A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. prior to the service. Flowers will be accepted.

Judy was born November 29, 1958, in Eufaula, Alabama to the late Jesse Edward and Lily Evelyn Babb Strickland. She was employed by Alfa Insurance for many years as a secretary. Judy loved her family, working with her flowers, watching and feeding birds, and often enjoyed taking a ride down a country dirt road. She loved the Lord and attended Eufaula Church of God.

She is preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law, Curtis Bynum.

Left to cherish her memories are her loving husband of 45 years, William Jackson Parr; son, Jeremy William Parr (Ashley) of Headland, Alabama; daughter, Jennifer Parr Bynum of Eufaula, Alabama; three sisters, Linda Strickland Watson of Dothan, Alabama, Bonnie Singleton (Garry) of Wetumpka, Alabama, and Rebecca Ruth Peek of Wetumpka, Alabama; five grandchildren, Haley Nolin, Riley Nolin, Landon Parr, Loralei Parr, and Macee Sheppard.

Asked to serve as pallbearers are Ben Day, Lake Saenz, Josh Moore, Neal Roberson, Landon Parr, and Charles Bowman
