Kay Prior of Enterprise, AL, and formerly of Daleville, passed away Saturday, September 14, 2019 in Enterprise. She was 94.
Kay loved people and reached out to them throughout her life. She was presented a Lifetime Achievement Award by Ft. Rucker for the different activities and programs she was involved in through the years at the Ft. Rucker Catholic Chapel. Kay was a Gold Star wife.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Edward Prior; her parents, Ernest Howard and Lucile Harrison Boswell; and her brother, Harrison Boswell.
Graveside services will be held at 9:00 AM, Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Fred Fowler officiating.
Survivors include two daughters, Ellen Veatch (Bob), Enterprise, AL, Cathy Prouty, Ft. Walton Beach, FL; 4 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and her special friends, Francine Jones, Jenny Bell, Zakina Hart, Sherry Hughes and Lisa Eller.
