Kathy Ann Rogers of Elba, AL passed away Christmas morning at her home.  She was 67.  She was born to Roberta Ruth (Baker) and Lester B. Evers in the delivery room of Dr. Owenby’s office in Dade County, GA, and was raised in Bryant, AL.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 29, 2021, at Haw Hill Assembly of God Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the church from 1:00 PM until service time.

Kathy worked many years in the carpet industry.  She enjoyed reading, working puzzles and watching life from the front porch swing.  She had a special knack for knitting.  Most of all, she loved her children, grands and family with all her heart.  She will be missed by those who knew and loved her.

Kathy is preceded in death by her parents, Daughter, Crystal Rogers; Brother, Doyle Evers; Granddaughter Sheena Marie Fields; and Grandparents, Hobert and Ruby (Bryant) Baker and Reuben and Linne (Seabolt) Evers.

Survivors include her children, Johnny Rollins (Breanna), Tina Patch (Wes), Scotty Rogers (Cheryl); grandchildren, Cody Tinker, Paxton Rollins, Tiffany Patch, Amber Patch, Taylor Rogers, Madison Rogers, Dylan Rogers and Devan Rollins; three great-grandchildren; siblings Jean Payne, Clarence Evers (Gail), Terry Evers (Brenda) and Vella Thornhill.
