Walter Keith Poynter, of Gordon, passed away Saturday night, December 5, 2020 at Flowers Hospital at the age of 58.

Keith was born January 1, 1962 in Cincinatti, Ohio and moved to New Port Richey, Florida at the age of 5.  He was a graduate of Gulf High School in New Port Richey. He and his wife have been residents of Gordon for the past seven years. He was employed with Nutrien-Ag Solutions in Donalsonville, Georgia for the past seven years. Keith loved bass fishing and was of the Baptist faith.

He is survived by his wife, Toni Poynter of Gordon and daughter, Grace Poynter of Gordon; his parents, Walter and Ruby Renner Poynter of New Port Richey, Florida; a brother, Jeff Poynter (Karen) of Linden, Tennessee and a sister, Amy Weisman (David) of New Port Richey, Florida; several nieces and nephews also survive.
