ABBEVILLE…Kenneth Lamar Hutto, a resident of Abbeville, passed away Monday morning, June 17, 2019, in a Dothan hospital. He was 70.

     Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 19, 2019, in the Holman-Abbeville Mortuary Chapel with Reverend George Bryan officiating. Burial will follow in the Edwin Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M. at the mortuary in Abbeville.

     Lamar Hutto was a lifelong resident of Abbeville, son of the late Willie J. Hutto and Marjorie Price Hutto. He was a 1967 graduate of Abbeville High School. Lamar served his country in the United States Marine Corps during the Vietnam War. For many years, he was self-employed as the owner and operator of Hutto Plumbing and Electric in Abbeville. Lamar was preceded in death by two brothers, Sammy Ray Hutto and Jimmy Hutto, and a sister, Marie Barron.

     Surviving relatives include two sons, Jay Hutto and Joe Hutto; a sister, Carol Moulton (Ronnie), Cowarts; a sister-in-law, Susan Hutto, Eufaula; four grandchildren.
