Lanie Sue Blackshear, a resident of Dothan, passed away Saturday, April 16, 2022 at her residence. She was 68.

Sue was born August 30, 1953 to Robert Earl and Ruby Nell Lee in Dothan and was a lifelong resident of Houston County. She was a 1971 graduate of Dothan High School. Sue was employed with Dothan City Schools for several years and with Saad’s Jewelers for several years.

Sue is predeceased by her parents, a sister, Edna Aplin and three brothers, Richard Lee, Joe Lee and Robert Eugene Lee.

Survivors include her husband, Harry Julian Blackshear of Dothan; son, Cameron Wesley Enfinger (Jamie) of Austin, TX; daughter, Carlie Kovacsy (Derek) of Woodbridge, VA; step-son, Harrison Brent Blackshear (Dawn) of Dothan; a brother, Roger Lee (Susan) of Taylor; sisters, Mary Helon Trawick and Sharon Choate, both of Dothan; grandchildren, Andor, Bela, Elek, Imre, Lehel, Kellan, Jorli, Avery, Raleigh, Kourtney, Madison and McKenzie.
