Larry Craig Bonds of Ozark passed away Monday, April 29, 2013, at Southeast Alabama Medical Center.  He was 55 years of age.


A memorial service will be held at 2:00pm on Thursday, May 2, 2013, in the chapel at Fuqua-Bankston Funeral Home with Reverend David Parrish officiating.  The family will receive friends at the residence, 908 Willow Oaks Dr. in Ozark on Tuesday and Wednesday starting at 5:00pm each day. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Foundation of Aids Research, online at www.amfar.org, or by mail:  Web Giving, amfAR, the Foundation for AIDS Research, 120 Wall Street, 13th Floor, New York, NY 10005-3902 or Motorcycle Riders Foundation Awareness & Education, Inc., 236 Massachusetts Ave NE Suite 204, Washington DC 20002 or online at mrfae.org


Craig was born on January 14, 1958 in Ozark, Alabama to Larry Wayne and Rachel Childree Bonds.  He graduated from Carroll High School in 1976 and was employed by Piedmont National Corporation.


Craig was preceded in death by his father and brother, Mark Steven Bonds.


He is survived by his wife, Hope Elizabeth Bonds; his mother, Rachel Bonds Wills (Joe Fred); a daughter, Kelly Elle Claassen; his sons, Bradley Craig Bonds, Dylan O’Neal Bonds, Steven Garett Claassen and Benjamin Cole Claassen; his sisters, Debbie Boyd and Margaret Treadway; also surviving are a multitude of special friends.
