Linda Faye Smith 83 of Elba, AL departed this life Sunday, March 3, 2024 at Mizell Memorial Hospital in Opp, Alabama. Funeral services will be held from Hayes Funeral Home Chapel on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at 10:00 AM with Rev. Lamar Wood officiating. Committal services will follow in the Woodland Grove Community Cemetery. Visitation will be at Hayes Funeral Home on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Survivors include: Son - Kevin (Gwen) Smith, Enterprise, AL, Son - Kent Smith, Opp, AL, Son - Craig (Cinda) Smith, Opp, AL, Daughter - Lisa (Mark) Bailey, Kinston, AL, Daughter - Sherry (John) Miller, Elba, AL, Brother - Larry Pope, Elba, AL, Sister - Julia Brooks, Elba, AL,12 Grandchildren, 19 Great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.

Mrs. Smith was preceded in death by her Husband - Billy Smith, Father - JC Pope, Mother - Ida Ruth Pope, Sons - Michael Smith and Kevin Smith.

Hayes Funeral Home of Elba, Alabama is serving the Smith family.
