Linda Joyce Forrester Wood, a resident of Dothan passed away Sunday, August 18, 2013 at Flowers Hospital. She was 71.

 

Funeral services will be held at 10 A.M. Thursday, August 22, 2013, at the Ward Wilson Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Memory Hill Cemetery with Ward Wilson Funeral Home directing.

 

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 to 8 P.M. Wednesday, August 21, 2013. Flowers will be accepted.

 

She is survived by her husband, William Jack Wood of Dothan; one son, Timothy Rex Forrester and his wife, Sherr of Hartford; one daughter, Tiffany White of Dothan;  one grandson, Timothy Trevor Forrester of Dothan; one step-daughter, Laura Whitted of Ft. Walton Beach, FL; three step-grandchildren, Bridgett Pelham of Hartford; Garrett Pelham of Graceville, FL; Traviss MacConnell of Graceville, FL; brothers, Roy Forrester of Houston, TX; Harvey Standland of Bascom, FL; sisters, Margie Streepy of Pensacola, FL; Ramona Petrella, and several nieces and nephews.

 

Pallbearers will be Traviss MacConnell, Derick Addison, Blake Pendleton, Wayne Shipes, Chad White, and James Albright.
