Mrs. Loretta Elizabeth Chafin Newhouse, age 52, a resident of Level Plains, passed away at Flowers Hospital Sunday evening, December 6, 2015.

Mrs. Newhouse will be cremated with a private family celebration to follow in Christiansburg, VA.

Memorial donations to the National Liver Foundation in lieu of flowers have been requested by the family.

Loretta was preceded in death by a daughter, Miranda, on November 2, 2001.

She leaves behind a husband, Gregory Newhouse; her parents, George and Lorraine Chafin; two sisters: Deniese Wade and Karen Owens; and one brother, Larry Chafin, all of Christiansburg, VA.
