Louie Junior Gibson of Hartford passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 in Wiregrass Medical Center. He was 72.

 

Funeral services will be held at 2pm Saturday, May 6, 2017 at Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home in Hartford with Rev. Hughvon King officiating. Burial will follow in Christian Home Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Jimmy Bottoms of Bottoms Garden Chapel Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 6pm to 8pm Friday, May 5, 2017 at the funeral home.

 

Survivors include his wife, Agatha Gibson; children, David Gibson (Starlynn), Dan Gibson, Betty Gibson (Stanley), Dianne Nellums (Danny); step-children , Kevin Acree (Cecilia), Narada Lloyd (Teresa), Mandrel Lloyd; sixteen grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; two brothers, Jimmy Gibson and Tony Gibson; one sister, Margaret Watson; several nieces and nephews.
