Louise Marler age 86, a resident of the Bullock community, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 23, 2020 at her home. Funeral services will be held at Newbia Baptist Church on Saturday, July 25, 2020 beginning at 11:00 AM with Rev. Will Jordan, and Dr. John Granger officiating. Burial will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery with Hayes Funeral Home directing. Visitation will be at Newbia Baptist Church on Saturday, July 25, 2020 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

Ms. Marler leaves behind a daughter by choice Rita Tanner along with her husband Johnny and their son Ryan Tanner. She also became very close to her devoted sitters, Delroy Fleming, Ula Brockton, and Courtney Hardy, along with the staff of Dayspring Hospice.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joe L. Marler, and Lula Turman Marler.
