Margaret Ann Sellers, 80, a resident of Ashford, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, December 6, 2022. She was born on November 16, 1942, in Dothan to the late Randolph Owens and Kate (Davis) Owens.

Funeral Services will be 1PM, Saturday, December 10, 2022, at Ward Wilson Funeral Home, burial to follow at Bluff Springs Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12 noon until service time on Saturday at the funeral home.

Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, who enjoyed cooking for her family. She was a proud graduate of Ashford High School Class of 1960. She was an active member for many years at Hoover 1^st United Methodist Church until relocating back to Ashford. Margaret could be found watching NASCAR, planting flowers, feeding, and watching birds. Her greatest joy in life was being a mom and proud grandma and great- grandma to her grandsons.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert “Darby” Sellers.

Survivors include her son, Curtis (Angela) Sellers, grandsons, Tyler (Amanda) Updike, and Travis Sellers, great -grandsons, Jonathan Updike and Grayson Updike, cousins, Douglas Sinquefield, Steve Sinquefield, Dan Owens, Boyd Owens, and Wayne Palmer along with many nephews, and nieces, and a host of friends.
