Margaret Jane Pierce of Enterprise, AL passed away Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at Hartford Healthcare.  She was 90.

Margaret lived a selfless life full of love. She loved Jesus, followed him faithfully. She loved her family and her friends. She loved being a wife, a mother, and a Mamaw. She loved to tend to her flower beds and cook meals. She loved to make “Mamaw cookies” or ice cream with homemade chocolate for dessert. She loved her church and her friends in Sunday school. She was patient and kind. She was quick to spread love with kind words or hugs. She lived life with faith, hope and love. The greatest of these is love, and Margaret was a great example of it. She is at peace today because she placed her faith and hope in the everlasting love of Jesus.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, November 27, 2020 at Meadowlawn Cemetery with Rev. Jim Duhaime officiating and Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The wearing of masks and social distancing is requested.

 Mrs. Pierce was preceded in death by her husband, E. J. Pierce; son-in-law, Bob Nichols; and a grandson, Joshua Strickland.

Survivors include her daughters, Connie Judith (J.), Sheridan, AR, Peggy Nichols, Youngstown, FL, Sharon Strickland (David), Enterprise, AL; 6 grandchildren, John Dixon, Jeffrey Dixon, Kelli Dixon, Kara Tabo, Casey Strickland, Cadie McCullough; 10 great-grandchildren; brother, Benny Wiles (Debbie), Montana.
