Margaret M.  Ward, 91, a resident of Dothan, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, December 16,2020 at Extendicare. She was born on November 16, 1929 in Daleville, AL., to the late J.C. Wood and Mary (Glover) Wood.

Funeral Services will take place 2 PM, Friday, December 18, 2020 at Ward Wilson Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 1 PM, until service time, burial to follow at Memory Hill Cemetery. Pastor Andy Wood will be officiating.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Daniel Ward, brothers, Robert Wood, Jack Wood, and Garner Wood, grandsons, Russell Vincent Paramore and Christopher David Lewis.

Survivors include her children, Annette Shute, Yvonne (Fred) Ferguson, and Dan (Linda) Ward, brother, James Bernis Wood, sister, Betty Johnson, grandchildren, Tommy (Kerri) Peterson, Suzy (Daniel) Adams, Tara Whaley, Amy (Alexander) Strack, Haley Quattlebaum (Michael) Tew, Candance (Manuel) Moctezuma, and Mischa Ward, great-grandchildren, Trent Peterson, Oliver Peterson, Tyler Williams, Daniel Adams, Emily Adams, Chrislyn Whaley, Julian Whaley, Hanna Strack, Sean Strack, Dalton Quattlebaum, Dylon Quattlebaum, Madison Pattie, David Samuel Pattie, and Layla Moctezuma, great-great- granddaughters, Emma Williams, and Rileigh Ward, along with many nephews, nieces, and loving family members.

We will follow all Covid-19 safety guidelines.
