Margaret Summers of Level Plains, AL passed away Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at her home.  She was 75.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, July 1, 2022 at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Keith Reynolds officiating.  Burial will follow in the Level Plains Baptist Church Cemetery.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday from 10:00 AM until service time.

Mr. and Mrs. Summers were married on July 6, 1964 and were married for 57 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hubert and Kate Kennington; a sister, Martha Brown; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Betty Kennington; and brother, Jim Kennington.

Survivors include her husband, Johnny R. Summers, Sr., Level Plains, AL; 2 daughters, Tammy Summers, Level Plains, AL, Tiffany Myers (Buck), Level Plains; son, John Boy Summers (Tammy), Level Plains, AL; sister, Linda Kennington (Teresa Chancey), Chancellor, AL; 5 grandchildren, Jostlyn Bomhard (Dylan), Trey Summers, Bradon Cook, Emma Mitchell, and Aiden Myers; 3  great-grandchildren, Parker Bomhard, Jax Bomhard, and Levi Webb.
