Margarita Ramirez Garibay, a resident of Dothan, passed away on Wednesday, October 9, 2019 at a local hospital. She was 79.
Funeral services will be held at 3 pm on Sunday, October 13, 2019 in Sunset Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Stacy Stafford officiating. Burial will follow in Sunset Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 2-3 pm.
Mrs. Garibay was preceded in death by her husband, Erasmo “Eddie” Garibay, Sr. and by her daughter, Maria Mitchell.
Survivors include her four sons, Edward (Tracie) Garibay, Erasmo Garibay, Jr., Eric (Brittany) Garibay, and Rubin (Gloria) Barrera; her five daughters, Nora Bean, Letica Ramirez, Sally Ann Poe, Gloria Ester, Morena Windham; her son-in-law, Willie Paul; her 14 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and one sister, Celia Carillo.
