Marion Carmichael of Enterprise, AL, passed away Thursday, December 29, 2011, at her home.  She was 81.

 

          Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Monday, January 2, 2012, at Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel with Rev. Ben Bowden officiating.  Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home and Crematory directing.  The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 9:00 A.M. until service time.  Memorials may be made to Gentiva Hospice, PO Box 311708, Enterprise, AL 36331.

           Survivors include her husband, Billy Carmichael, Enterprise, AL; daughter, Virginia Martin, Enterprise, AL; son, Tom Carmichael (Susan), Enterprise, AL; 5 grandchildren, Brian Martin, Erica Smith (Donald), Eric Carmichael, Bill Carmichael (Stephanie) and Melissa Carmichael; 3 great-grandchildren, Rachel Smith, Cole Smith and Layla Carmichael.
