Marlene Sanders Howell of Bonifay, FL passed away on Thursday, June 25, 2020 at her home. She was 65 years old.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 28, 2020 in the chapel of Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home in Geneva with Rev. Wade Green officiating. Burial will follow in Bo and Joe Family Cemetery in Bonifay, FL with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, June 27, 2020 from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m.

Marlene was born in Apopka, FL on March 10, 1955 to the late Comer and Jean Curry Sanders. She enjoyed working in her yards, shopping, and catching a good yard sale. Her greatest joy was her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents she was preceded by one son, Joe Howell; one sister, Gail Jones; and one brother, Terry Sanders.

She is survived by one daughter, Renay Gilmore (Greg) of Westville; one son, Bo Harris (Wanda) of Bonifay; seven grandchildren, Ciera Gilmore (Zac), Morgan Gilmore, Seth Webb, Kayla Graham (James), Jocelyn Davis, Valorie Gilley, and Shay Gilley; four great-grandchildren, Chevy Johnson, Maximus Graham, Sydney Shay Gilley, and Stella Graham; two brothers, Luquette Sanders, and Vic Sanders (Rudene); and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and extended family.  

The family would like to thank Patricia Thompson and Covenant Hospice for their devoted love and care.
