Martha Ann McRiney



Martha Ann McRiney, 69, a resident of Dothan, died Monday, October 24, 2011 at her home.



Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 26, 2011 at Byrd Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Keith Newby officiating. Burial will follow in County Line Cemetery in Slocomb with Byrd Funeral Home on West Main Street directing. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday prior to service time.


Ann was born July 10, 1942 in Slocomb to Will and Willie Jewel White Craig and lived most of her life there. She owned and operated her style shop, A-Head-Of-Time for over 20 years. She loved her work and was a very loving and devoted sister, wife, mother and grandmother. She was one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.



Ann is preceded in death by a son, Alfonzo Craig Bradham, her mother, Mama Lou, and a brother, Frank Craig.



She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Jamie L. McRiney of Dothan; five children, Wilma Griggs (Walter) of Dothan, Wilbert Bradham, Jr. (Carmen) of Tampa, FL, Angie Smith (James) of Dothan, William Alex Bradham (Paulette) of Woodstock, GA; Wendy Gonzales (Tony) of Atlanta, GA; eight brothers and sisters, Fannie Huff, Edna Anglin, Mary Sanders, Will Craig (Blondell), Cardell Craig, Charles Craig (Pokie), Gloria Brookins and Joe Craig; a sister-in-law, Annie Craig; a host of nieces and nephews also survive.


Nephews will serve as pallbearers.
