Ms. Martha Ann (Smith) Lingo, 66, a resident of Midland City, Alabama, passed away Monday, March 25, 2024, after a brief illness.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Glover Funeral Home with Pastor Larry Anderson officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.

Flowers will be accepted.

Ms. Lingo was born October 10, 1957, in Dothan to William Curtis and Florine Vivian (Watford) Smith. She was a 1976 graduate of Dothan High School. Ms. Lingo enjoyed helping people and worked as a Mental Health Technician with Spectracare for over 20 years. She loved spending time with family, including her cat & dogs, and enjoyed gardening.

She is predeceased by her parents; a sister, Jackie (Smith) Moody; and a brother, Billy May.

Survivors include two daughters, Hollie Lingo (Joshua Jones), and Megan Lingo (Julian George) both of Dothan; a special companion, James Richard Lingo, of Dothan; two brothers, Wayne Smith, and Mark Smith both of Dothan; two sisters, Patricia Kinsaul (Billy), of Dothan, and Vivian Anderson of Dothan; a very special nephew Christopher Smith of Dothan; five grandchildren, Kade Willis, Kaileigh Willis, Bentley George, Hannah Harrell, and William Harrell; and several nieces and nephews.
