Mary Alice “Allie” Morris passed away peacefully into the arms of her Savior, Lord Jesus Christ, on Friday, October 22, 2021. 

Allie was born in Winter Garden, Florida March 12, 1932.   She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years Horace Morris, and beloved son Horace Edward Morris. 

Allie was known for her love of family, cooking, and serving the Lord.  She was a long time member of Piney Grove Baptist Church where she enjoyed teaching Sunday School.  Allie loved to cook for her children and grandchildren.  Her grandchildren called her Mi-Mi and her heart was filled with joy being around her family.  She was a true animal lover and was rarely seen without her dog in her arms. She had a long career with Lockheed Martin and was the first female General Foreman for the company. Allie thoroughly enjoyed her leadership position and mentored many employees throughout her career.

Survivors include her two daughters and one son in law; Lynn and Jerome Stinson, and Judith Modica.  Her grandchildren, Joe Haffner wife Elizabeth, Jarret Haffner wife Ashley, Josh Haffner, Jessica Creech husband Zach, Nicole Seifert, Christina Modica, Lauren Polley and 11 great grandchildren. 

A celebration of life will be held at Piney Grove Baptist Church in Samson Alabama on Tuesday, October 26^th. Visitation from 10 am to 11 am service following at 11am. Burial will follow in the church cemetery with Warren Holloway Ward Funeral Home of Geneva directing.

Serving as pallbearers are Jerome Stinson, Joe Haffner, Jarret Haffner, Josh Haffner, Zach Creech, and Shane Rogers.
