Mary Evelyn Mozingo was born on January 10, 1924, in Memphis, Tennessee, and died on January 8, 2017 in Dothan, Alabama.

She was preceded in death by her husband Jack Mozingo and her daughter Jan Mozingo Peacock.

Graveside services will be held at  2 P.M. Tuesday, January 10, 2017 at Memory Hill Cemetery.

Mary Evelyn is survived by her daughter Sharon (Randy) Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First United Methodist Church at 1380 West Main Street for The Harbor or the In Christ Name Fund.

Other survivors include: son-in-law Dickie Peacock, grandsons: Cole (Rachel) Peacock, Jeremy Peacock, Dustin Peacock, Trip (Michelle) Wheelless,

Hayes (Paola) Wheelless, Charles (Paula) Church, David (Robin) Church, and 9 great-grandchildren.
